Hallberg Family Dentistry has two exciting updates!
First, we have moved to our NEW LOCATION at 2222 East Cedar Avenue in Flagstaff! The new office has much improved parking, state-of-the-art equipment and, most importantly at this time, a new design with your safety, protection and comfort in mind, especially in the midst and aftermath of COVID-19.
Second, Dr. Dale's two sons, Dr. Casey and Dr. Trevor, have joined the team and will be treating patients as soon as their licenses have been issued (likely within the next 1-3 weeks).
We hope this update finds you and your families in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety and care.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it is both safe and comfortable. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agencies’ recommendations.
We want to inform you that you will see some changes at your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. Some of these changes include:
Our office will communicate with you before your appointment to ask some screening questions related to COVID-19. You will be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
We ask that you bring a mask to wear while inside our office building.
We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office.
We will be measuring your body temperature in our office to verify that you do not present with a fever.
Our waiting room will temporarily no longer offer magazines, children’s toys and so forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients.
We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we are taking to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. To make an appointment or ask any questions, please call our office at 928-774-4412.
Thank you for being our valued patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to getting back to treating you!
